Divine Truth Unity Fellowship — Rainbow Pride Youth Alliance

Divine Truth Unity Fellowship — the parent nonprofit of Rainbow Pride Youth Alliance — delivers crisis support, youth services, HIV planning, and CalHOPE-funded mental health outreach across the Inland Empire. In 2022, the organization operated programs funded by more than $2.2M in state and public grants, including CalHOPE and other health service contracts.

DTUF's multi-program structure required consistent, accurate reporting into the statewide CORD system to retain eligibility for CalHOPE and related contracts. Data lived across multiple staff workflows and Salesforce was configured unevenly across departments. With staff turnover and expanding caseloads, the risk was not operational — it was financial: loss of compliance could jeopardize current and future grant eligibility.
